Group 4
This is our junior competitive group, designed for swimmers who are developing the skills and technique needed to prepare for the demands of Group 5.
Swimmers will focus on refining their strokes, improving their skills, and building a strong foundation for future training. They will also continue to develop their love of competition through regional meets and select competitions throughout Southern Alberta.
This is all about becoming stronger, more confident swimmers while learning what it means to train and compete as part of a team.
